Hogwarts Legacy launches on Nintendo Switch on 11/14/23. It’s easy to assume that the Switch has been the most challenging platform to work with in what is a fairly ambitious and dense open world, so it’ll certainly be interesting to see what the final product looks like after all this extra work.

No specifics were given other than the team wanting to create “the best possible experience” as a priority. Now, there’s been one last (for now) push back, a whole four months away on November 14th for Nintendo Switch players. The Switch version remained the final port yet to hit shelves, eventually landing a date in July.

The long tail of Hogwarts Legacy’s multiplatform release has stretched out even further again with the announcement that the Nintendo Switch version of the game has been pushed back once again.Īfter the PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch releases were all pushed back from the game’s original launch date of February 10th, and suffering subsequent delays, the game finally released just recently on May 5th for the former two platforms.
